File format
Supply a print-ready PDF whenever possible. High-resolution PNG or JPG files can also be uploaded where the product allows.
Colour and resolution
Prepare artwork in CMYK at 300 dpi for reliable printed colour and sharp detail.
Bleed and safe area
Include 3 mm bleed and keep important text and logos at least 4 mm inside the finished edge.
Cross-fold layout
Use the correct template and check every panel orientation before export. Keep important content away from all horizontal and vertical fold lines.

Will the leaflet arrive folded?
Cross-Fold Leaflets use flexible stocks from 90 to 170 gsm and are normally supplied folded.
Should I avoid dark colour at the folds?
Yes. Strong ink coverage directly on a fold can show a lighter line, so use lighter colours where practical.
