TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 25 September 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Art Creators. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Art Creators. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with custom printed products and design services (the "Services"). Art Creators. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Reprint Policy and Shipping Policy (together the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

SECTION 1 - ABOUT US

Art Creators. is a UK-based online web to print platform. You can contact us at any time at support@artcreators.co.uk. Our products are printed and finished by our professional print partners in the UK and Europe and delivered to you by tracked courier.

SECTION 2 - USING THE SERVICES

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. When you use the Services you may be asked for information such as your name, email address, billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that all information you give us is accurate, current and complete and that you are entitled to provide it. You are responsible for keeping any account details secure and for all activity under your account.

SECTION 3 - OUR PRODUCTS

Everything we sell is made to order to the specification you choose on the product page: size, paper or material, finish, printed sides, quantity and production speed. We take care to represent our products accurately, but paper stocks, finishes and colours can look different on screen from the printed result, and small differences between the preview and the finished item are normal in commercial printing. Product descriptions, options and availability may change at any time, and we may limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 4 - YOUR ARTWORK AND THE PRINT PROOF

Your order is printed from the artwork you approve. Whether you upload print-ready files or create your design online, you will be shown a print proof before checkout and asked to confirm that you have reviewed and approved it. The approved file is the exact file we send to print. We do not edit, correct or redesign approved artwork.

Before the proof we run automated checks on your files, such as page size, orientation, embedded fonts, image resolution, colour mode and bleed. These checks help you spot common problems but they cannot catch everything, and warnings you choose to approve are printed as they are. You remain responsible for the content, spelling, layout, image quality, colours and bleed of your artwork, and for making sure it is the right size and orientation for the product you ordered.

Colour: we print in CMYK on the paper or material you select. Colours you see on screen (especially bright RGB colours) can print slightly differently, and small colour variations between orders and between products are within normal commercial tolerance. Pantone (PMS) printing is available only on the products that offer it and only under the rules shown on those product pages.

Finishing: cutting, folding and finishing are carried out to commercial tolerances. Keep important content inside the safe area shown in our templates, and extend backgrounds into the bleed, so that small movements in cutting do not affect your design.

SECTION 5 - CONTENT YOU SUPPLY

By uploading or creating artwork you confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights and permissions to have it printed, including for any images, fonts, logos, trade marks and text it contains, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, deceptive, or that promotes violence or illegal activity. We may refuse to print any order at our discretion, and we may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities. You keep all rights in your own artwork; you grant us a licence to store, process and print it to fulfil your order and to keep records of what was ordered.

SECTION 6 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for any reasonable cause, for example if the artwork cannot be printed, if we suspect fraud, if there has been a pricing or stock error, or if the content breaches these Terms; if we cancel we will refund any payment you have made. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, because production starts soon after acceptance and made-to-order goods cannot usually be changed or cancelled once production has begun (see the Refund and Reprint Policy).

SECTION 7 - PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. We must receive full payment before an order is accepted. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the order.

SECTION 8 - PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Each product page shows the production speed options available (for example Standard, Priority or Express production) and the estimated production time. Production times are estimates in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) and start once your order is accepted and your artwork has been approved. Delivery estimates, rates and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and help resolve any problem. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

SECTION 9 - CANCELLATION, FAULTS AND REPRINTS

Because our products are personalised and made to your specification, the legal right to cancel within 14 days does not apply once production has started, in line with regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you need to cancel, contact us straight away and we will cancel and refund the order if it has not yet gone into production.

We do not operate a returns process. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from the proof you approved, send us evidence (clear photos or video) within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint the affected items free of charge. You do not need to send anything back. Only where a reprint is not possible will we refund instead. Full details, time limits and what is not covered are in our Refund and Reprint Policy. Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

SECTION 10 - DESIGN WITH ARTCREATORS

If you choose our design service, you provide a design brief after checkout and our designers create the artwork for you. We will send you a proof for approval before anything is printed; the number of revisions included is stated on the product page. Our designers start work as soon as your brief is submitted. By submitting your brief you expressly ask us to begin the design work straight away and agree that if you cancel after that point, whatever the stage of the work, we will deduct 30% of the price of the design service for the work done and refund the remaining 70%. The finished, approved design is printed under the same artwork terms as Section 4 and can no longer be cancelled.

SECTION 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including our name, logo, website design, text, images, templates, illustrations, software and the arrangement of them, belong to Art Creators. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for ordering and for your own personal or business purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our written permission. Design templates provided in our online designer may be used only to create products ordered from us.

SECTION 12 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Art Creators. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Art Creators.. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Art Creators., including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Art Creators..

SECTION 13 - PRIVACY

All personal information we collect through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.artcreators.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services in order to provide and improve them; Shopify's Privacy Policy is available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users.

SECTION 14 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

The Services may include tools or links provided by third parties, such as payment providers, couriers, social media feeds and delivery tracking. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Please review their policies before you use them.

SECTION 15 - REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND EXAMPLES

If you send us reviews, feedback, suggestions or testimonials, you allow us to use them, without payment, to operate and promote the Services, and you confirm they are your own and truthful. We will only show your printed work as an example of our services with your prior permission.

SECTION 16 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery charges or availability. We reserve the right to correct these, and to update information or cancel orders affected by an error, without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order), refunding any payment made where an order is cancelled.

SECTION 17 - PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Services to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to harass or harm anyone, to send false or misleading information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect other people's personal information, to spam or phish, to interfere with the security or operation of the Services, or to access the Services with automated tools, bots or scrapers other than ordinary search engines. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

SECTION 18 - TERMINATION

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Any orders already accepted will still be fulfilled or refunded in accordance with these Terms, and the sections that by their nature should continue (including Sections 5, 11, 12, 19, 20, 21 and 25) will survive termination.

SECTION 19 - OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We will supply products that match the specification you chose and the proof you approved, with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

SECTION 20 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses caused by errors in the artwork you approved, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If you are buying for business purposes, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business, contracts or goodwill or for any indirect or consequential loss.

SECTION 21 - INDEMNITY

You agree to compensate us, and our print partners, for any losses, claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from artwork or content you supply that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law, or from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 22 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

SECTION 23 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER

These Terms, together with our policies and your order confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and us for your use of the Services and any order you place. If we do not enforce a right or provision, that does not mean we have waived it.

SECTION 24 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, and we will tell you if we do.

SECTION 25 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any order placed through the Services are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and nothing in this section takes away protections you have under the law of the country where you live. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a complaint, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it with you.

SECTION 26 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We will notify you of material changes as required by law.

SECTION 27 - CONTACT INFORMATION

Questions about these Terms should be sent to support@artcreators.co.uk.
