Information about Art Creators

About Art Creators

Art Creators is a UK-based online print and design service. We print business cards, flyers, leaflets, booklets, posters, banners, signs, stickers, stationery and personalised clothing.

Everything is made to order, then printed and finished by professional print partners in the UK and Europe. Choose your specification on the product page and the price updates live as you go.

Questions? Use the live chat or email support@artcreators.co.uk. Email support runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK time), excluding bank holidays.

How ordering works

Choose your product and specification; the price updates live as you pick options and quantity. Pick an artwork route:

Upload print-ready artwork: PDF preferred. Automated checks run and you approve a proof of every page.
Design online: our free designer, on selected products. You approve the exact final file.
Design with Art Creators: our paid design service, quoted before work begins. Send your brief after checkout.

With upload or design online, the product goes into the basket only after you approve the artwork. We print exactly the file you approve.

Delivery and payment

Prices are in GBP and exclude delivery. Full payment is taken when you order through Shopify's secure checkout, by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others), Shop Pay or Google Pay.

UK standard delivery: £4.99 per order, free on orders of £100 or more. We also ship to the EU and selected countries worldwide; charges are shown at checkout and import duties or fees may apply outside the UK.

Everything is made to order. Production starts after payment and artwork approval.

Reprints and refunds

Personalised items are made to your specification, so there are no change-of-mind returns.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing, email support@artcreators.co.uk with your order number and photos and we will put it right, normally with a free reprint. Errors visible in artwork you approved are not covered by a free reprint.

Contact us before production starts to cancel or change an order. Personalised garments cannot be exchanged for a wrongly chosen size, so check the size guide. See our refund policy for details, including design service refunds.
